She holds a Master of Health Administration and numerous certifications in disability support and person-centred care approaches.

Jane's passion for quality care comes from personal experience supporting family members with disability, which drives her commitment to ensuring every Care1st client receives the respectful, compassionate support they deserve.

Dr. Chen provides expert clinical guidance and supports our team in delivering evidence-based care.

With a background in clinical psychology and specialisation in disability and aged care, Alex brings over 12 years of experience in developing and implementing behaviour support plans, mental health strategies, and complex care approaches.

Alex works closely with our support teams to ensure clinical best practices are integrated into everyday care, and provides training on topics such as dementia care, positive behaviour support, and trauma-informed practice.

Qualifications: PhD Clinical Psychology, Board Certified Behaviour Analyst, Member Australian Psychological Society

Maria ensures every client receives seamless, coordinated support that meets their unique needs.

With 8 years of experience in disability and aged care coordination, Maria is passionate about connecting clients with the right supports and building strong, lasting relationships. She holds qualifications in community services and case management.

Maria's role involves coordinating services, managing support schedules, liaising with families and other providers, and ensuring each client's plan is implemented effectively. She's known for her exceptional communication skills and dedication to client satisfaction.
